At Stellar Processing Service you are provided 24-hour access to our integrative web-based portal designed with you in mind. As a Stellar Processing client, you can follow your file through every step of the process, with detailed reports from our servers to update you on the status of your service request, until the job is complete.

The Stellar portal is a gateway to information that includes access to your complete client inventory; convenient, secure delivery and receipt of paperwork; job status reports updated upon each attempt; daily billing statements; and a perpetual history of your service request.

All of our process servers must pass a CBI background check.

Each service of process includes:

First attempt within 48 hours of receipt of paperwork
Status updates and 24-hour access to your client file and paperwork
Immediate notification upon delivery of service
Notarized affidavits returned upon completion of each service
